ok. we did it. We joined the club.
First of all, a quick joke...
What is the difference between a cactus and a BMW?
answer: with a cactus, the pricks are on the outside.
I (we) joined what I am calling the Cactus Club.
This is what my new car pretty much looks like
my brother-in-law, TJ, that is a BMW mechanic found it and doing the work on it. (new clutch, shocks, new headlights, etc). So within a few weeks, I will be zipping around in one of these beauties.

The Broncos Suck!
So, why I am writing this? Just to get my sister-in-law riled up.
You see, I am sitting here at 11:20 P.M. writing a paper for this Certified Public Manager course I am doing and Wendy is at the desk next to me doing some work on her laptop.
She mentioned to me that her sister told her that I need to update my blog as she likes to read it.
Well, how in the heck would I know she reads it - I don't see any of her comments!
So, this post is for you, Mindy - and I will include your favorite Bronco, just because I love ya!

Great new movie...
It seems like someone in our family has been sick the past few weekends. Today it is my turn.
Anyway, staying home so I can be close to the bathroom has allowed me time to write today. This past weekend we watched a wonderful movie, "Once"
The movie - see the right side of the blog - is about a guy and a girl that meet on the Dublin streets and spend a week sharing their music and heartaches. Glen Hansard stars in the movie (he was the red-haired guitar player in "The Commitments") with Marketa Irglova and the movie revolves around the actual music that the two stars created and perform.
